PORTLAND TRAIL BLAZERS
I'm the Graphic Design Intern for the Portland Trail Blazers' 2019 - 2020 season. This year, the franchise is celebrating their 50th Anniversary. Highlights include working with a limited-edition brand identity, lending a hand in creating the fan experience for the season and Melo coming to Portland!
During my time with the Blazers, I've worked on an array of projects including environmental design, apparel design, print and layout design, digital content design and illustration. In addition, I've been a part of weekly brainstorming meetings with the creative team and had the unique experience of helping with video direction on Media Day.
Thanks to the welcoming, learning-focused nature of the Blazers organization, my experience there doesn't stop at design. I've shadowed multiple departments including Game Operations and Corporate Communications (hosting our Trail Blazers 1970's Alumni on decade night!) Every experience has helped shape my understanding of what it means to be a professional in the Sports and Entertainment industry.

FACEOUT STUDIO
A summer internship at a book design, branding and marketing agency in Bend, OR. Unofficially the funniest group of people in Central Oregon.
Book Cover Design & Production, Studio Photography, Social Media, Web Design
From June - September 2018 I moved to Bend, OR to work as the summer intern for Faceout Studio. From the get-go I was fully immersed in the publishing industry. During my internship I took on a variety of tasks including book cover design, cover revisions, photography and social media. In addition, I created banners, gifs and promotional posts for the studio's website and Instagram. I worked closely with the art directors and designers to revise covers based off of client requests and package final files to be sent. I engaged in dozens of Nerf wars, midday walks along the Deschutes and team lunches at the Bend breweries.
